PURPOSE

SEOWON ACADEMY provides a classical, philosophical education rooted in the classics, from the Western philosophers (Plato, Aristotle) to Confucian thought. By studying philosophy and strengthening logic, students heighten the academic fundamentals they need to do well for their college academic futures, and furthermore, realize a great moral foundation for the rest of their lives.

For high school students, the Scholar Apprenticeship and Aptitude Seminar programs provide tutoring, SAT and ACT preparation, college admissions guidance, intellectual development to the college academic level, personal maturity, and other essentials for college success and life thereafter.
